Welcome Neighbor,
Thank you for taking a moment to allow me to introduce myself. I am running for the Board of Supervisors from District 10. I'm running because I believe, with your help, I can get the job done. As your representative at City Hall, I will be an independent voice who can negotiate the issues, but I will never compromise on principles. I'll be in your neighborhood soon. I'm looking forward to meeting with you to discuss the issues facing all of us as District 10 residents. I welcome your views and suggestions, please feel free to contact me. |

Why am I a candidate?
My goal is to collaborate with and weave together the business sector, union labor, educational institutions and social agencies into a comprehensive strategy for action. Protect our neighborhoods by managing development. Promote a bold community/government joint venture for affordable housing construction. Promote small business development; their commitment to the community is vital to our success. Promote jobs growth by: Fostering vocational skills training. Facilitating job networking and apprenticeships. Developing a civic led "Community Childcare Cooperative." Stop the deterioration of community health facilities by ensuring tax-exempt private hospitals shoulder their fair share of the financial burden oppressing our public health system. Balance pedestrian and bicyclist safety within the anti-gridlock traffic policy. |
